This cartridge has been inspected under microscope and we can confirm that the cantilever is not damaged but is showing some pitting and corrosion due to its age. The diamond looks to be in perfect condition with no sign of wear.

The SPU Royal N cartridge, with its half-inch adaptor, provides the ability to mount the unit on standard headshells, as well as in a wider range of tonearms.

The SPU Royal N features Electrum coils, consisting of a gold and silver alloy, providing uncolored and precise transmission of armature movements, while the slightly modified damping system makes it possible to reduce VTF and achieves a higher level of linearity.
