An omni-directional radiation pattern allows the speakers to be placed just about anywhere without consequence to seating position. Immerse yourself in the extra large sweet spot that OMNIPOLAR™ technology creates. A 3/4" metal dome tweeter is mounted above a 3-1/2" paper cone mid-woofer and acts as a wave guide. To disperse high frequencies, a waveguide has been molded above the tweeter and creates an off-axis high frequency response that would typically disappear with conventional speakers. The end result of this radical design is superior sound-staging and imaging. For mounting upright, a 1/4"-20 threaded insert has been pre-installed.
