Delivering a full measure of Rotel’s ‘performance beyond expectation’ legacy at the modest retail price of $599, the RA-04 SE integrated amplifier shares much of its design heritage with the flagship 15 series from Rotel. There aresignificant sonic improvements to the power supply, specifically the way it is decoupled from the input switching and buffer stages. The RA 04 SE has 5 x line inputs, 1 x media input, 1 x MM phono input as well as a pre output and A+B speaker selector. Its high quality components and signification sonic improvements results in an impressive sound performance and exceptional music enjoyment.
