ME 24 Preamplifier

The ME 24 is a close derivative of the ME 25, the important difference is that the ME 24 does not have a phono module. For those who do not possess a turntable, or a record collection, the ME 24 is the natural choice. Compensation for the lack of a phono facility is twofold; a lower purchase price for the same extraordinary sound quality, and an extra auxiliary input. Apart from the phono input, all other features and electronics of the ME 25 are retained in the ME 24. ME 24, the pre-amplifier for the modern age.

The ME 24 features no less than 7 pairs of gold plated RCA input connectors ensuring real flexibility when it comes to high level input selection. In addition to the versatile input design, the ME 24 features dual variable outputs. The beauty of these is that bi-amplifying is made exceptionably easy, with no requirement for complex interconnections. Three sets of recording facilities are included, one for tape, one for video and one for 'access'.

A signal processor such as a DOLBY SURROUND PRO-LOGIC or graphic equaliser can be switched 'in' or 'out' of the signal chain with this high quality, gold contact front panel 'Access' switch.

In keeping with the ME Sound philosophy, longevity is built in, aided by modular construction, enabling every owner to upgrade as future electronic or cosmetic design improvements are introduced.
